Established in 1963, Rajasthan Ceramic Industries (RCI) is pioneer and leading manufacturers of high temperature light weight insulating bricks and Mica Insulating Bricks situated in Bhilwara. RCI has been equipped with modern machinery for manufacturing high quality Insulation Refractory products for meeting stringent conditions of the industries. The company has modern laboratory and equipments to produce wide range of Insulating Refractories.
Light Weight Insulating Bricks & Mica Insulating Bricks having inherent insulation properties which gives excellent thermal efficiency in all the furnaces, vessels etc., where it has been used. The main functions of those bricks are to reduce loss of heat, heat storage and low fuel consumption, to keep uniformity of heat and maintain low skin temperature of a furnace. By these means saving upto 30% on fuel costs & 40% on preperation time are possible and pay back period is very low automatically.
